How the quoting process works

We keep our quoting process simple so you can make an informed decision quickly. Here is what happens after you submit the form below:

1. Initial review. Our director personally reviews every enquiry and assesses the scope against our service areas.
2. Clarification call or email. If anything is unclear, we will get in touch via email to confirm the details before quoting.
3. Written proposal. You receive a fixed-scope proposal outlining the work, deliverables, timeline and total fee.
4. Your decision. There is no obligation to proceed, and the quote remains valid for 30 days.

Most quotes are turned around within one business day of receiving complete information. For larger or multi-stage engagements, we may propose an initial discovery session first so the quote accurately reflects your needs.

The more context you can give us, the more accurate and useful your quote will be. Helpful details include:

• A brief description of the challenge or objective
• Your industry and business size
• Any deadlines or important dates
• Whether the work is one-off, ongoing or project-based

All information you provide is treated as confidential and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Submitting this form does not create any obligation on either side until you accept a written proposal.

Fixed-scope, transparent pricing

We quote on a fixed-fee basis wherever the scope allows, so you know exactly what the engagement will cost before you commit. Where a project genuinely cannot be scoped upfront, we propose a phased approach with clear cost boundaries at each stage.

There are no surprise charges, no billable-hour creep on fixed projects, and no minimum engagement period unless you are taking an ongoing retainer — and even then, the terms are stated plainly in the proposal.
